What a wonderful effect from Mikame that is both impressive and beautiful.
The magician blows up a balloon and throws the balloon into the air.
Then the magician takes the sword and impales the balloon upon which a silk magically appears on the tip of the sword!
Next the magician takes the silk from the sword tip, and puts the hilt of the sword into the base. His assistant then hands him a round disk that he places on top of the sword which has not transformed into a working table for the rest of the act.  What a great way to open a professional performance - add a little music, choreography and you've got the picture.
